MITT Academy is a three-day series of events - over 25 seminars, panel discussions and masterclasses from leading specialists and industry experts covering the most pressing industry issues. The event is aimed at all exhibition visitors looking to increase their professional level. 

The event series will take place in thematic blocks:

  • Digital – promoting tourism products and managing brand reputation on social media; working with travel bloggers; email and SMS marketing; mobile messengers.
  • MICE – a masterclass from leading MICE agencies and corporate clients, major organisers and clients of MICE events in Russia, who will talk about the requirements of MICE agencies, how to manage the procurement of MICE services from suppliers and which professional skills a MICE manager of a tourism companies should have. 
  • Staff – experts from recruitment agencies and consultancies, as well as HR Directors from tourism companies share their knowledge on how to find, choose, and train colleagues for the tourism business.
  • Ski tourism – Аn analysis of the international ski tourism market; an introduction to the ski industry blogger community; a presentation of the possibilities of using a mobile app for ski tourists; and the latest trends in popular ski resorts. 
  • Legislation – leading industry lawyers will talk about the changes in tourism legislation in 2017-2018 and their impact on doing business.
  • Effective communication – how to build a personal brand in tourism and what is business networking; how to write sales copy, make landing pages and prepare designs, creatives and visual presentation for tourism products.
  • Marketing events for agents – experts in the event industry share their knowledge on how to evaluate the effectiveness of investments and local promotions for agencies, as well as why the creative aspect is so important, and how to increase brand loyalty and involvement of participants.
